Heart Opening Bodywork

Our bodies store old wounds and trapped emotions. When it comes to love, these are often centred around the sternum and heart. By releasing them physically, we also support their release emotionally and mentally. In this workshop we will apply basic therapeutic techniques to these areas to remove the physical and emotional armour that keeps you from the love you want.

Facilitated by Shane Norton

​Shane would describe himself as just a guy who is passionate about creating healthy relationships and sharing what he has learned about doing so. Apart from being an experienced trainer, osteopath and a relationship psychology geek, he's also an assistant teacher at The Tantric Couple, an organisers for ISTA and someone who spent over 15 years working in adult education organising and leading training courses.

Timing

Doors open at 19:00. Start 19:30. Come join us early for a gentle start.

What to bring

• Come alone or bring a partner
• A water bottle
• Notepad
• Comfortable clothing, , it should be loose around the chest

Language

The main language will be English, German speakers will be on had to support those who need it.
